While there have been no regular church services held at St. James' for some years we believe a broader cultural use could be made of the venue, keeping our it open as a community resource and a heritage hub for visitors to the area.
We recognise that this is a considerable challenge as staging attractive events and providing high quality interpretive displays requires significant funding which, especially in the current economic climate, is difficult to secure.
However, we believe this is a worthwhile endeavour and we hope that you will too.
